It’s September – which also means IT’S BURGER WEEK! We’ve rounded up all the juicy details for you to plan your culinary week of exploring in the Exchange.
1. Amsterdam Tea Room Smoked Gouda Fondue Burger
Ground chuck patty, smoked Gouda cheese sauce, Dijon mustard, spicy dill pickles, onion jam, Gunn’s bun.
2. Bailey’s Bailey’s Pepperin’ Cheese Burger
Our delicious Chuck Beef patty served on an onion bun with Chipotle mayo, green leaf lettuce, Pico De Gallo, Jalapeno Jack Cheese, and smothered with ground beef cheesy pepperin’ steak sauce. Garnished with breaded mushroom and red pepper bites.
3. Carnaval Who Doesn’t Love a Good Brazilian… Burger?
All the flavors of Brazil are put together in our amazing burger this year. First choose between our house made 6 oz beef patty or our crispy chicken breast and then added to them is our spiced bacon and cumin onion ring, Saputo mozzarella cheese, avocado mayo, chimichurri, sweet pickled onions, lettuce, tomato and of course grilled pineapple! Don’t worry you can try both version as they are equally delicious!
4. Chosabi Crab vs. Beef Burger
This burger will have your taste buds craving more. We’ve kicked our burger up with crab! We have a beef patty that is juicer than most, topped with crab salad, cucumber slices, purple shredded radish, wasabi mayo, sriracha ketchup wrapped in a beautiful artisan Ace burger bun. There is an option to add jalapenos if you want to kick it up even more.
5. Cibo The Cibo Smash
Our take on a simple classic! Two melt in your mouth patties, made up of a brisket and chuck blend, smashed on our flat top creating a crispy yet juicy patty. Topped with Bothwell old cheddar, Coca Cola braised onions, house burger sauce, shredded iceberg on a toasted brioche.
