Future of the Exchange

The Exchange District reflects Winnipeg’s past while shining a light on its future potential as a sustainable and creative city.

The Exchange District Plan 2022 was adopted by Winnipeg City Council in February of 2022 and will inform the City’s upcoming Downtown Secondary Plan.
