Build good energy with 108 sun salutations ????♀️????
June 21 is a special day for many reasons – the first day of summer, National Indigenous Peoples Day, and International Yoga Day. PLUS, it falls within Pride Month and Indigenous History Month.
It’s a pay-what-you-can event, and we’ll split the proceeds between the Rainbow Resource Centre and the Winnipeg Aboriginal Sport Achievement Centre (WASAC).
This class will take place on the courts in the Sport Manitoba facility and is open to all skill levels. It will be led by an instructor, but you’re welcome to go at your own pace and don’t sweat it if you don’t do all 108 – we’re just happy to have you move with us! Doors open at 11:30 a.m.
