Nonsuch Brewing Co. creates a made in Manitoba unique product. For tourists looking for some unique, we have a one-of-a-kind lineup of beers. We craft Belgian ales with elevated alc/vol (or ABV). We package them in champagne bottles which means they can be cellared (and appreciate over time, like wine.) All our beers are crafted exclusively with Manitoba spring water.
