This class will focus on building a strong foundation or yoga and everyday life. You can expect to learn proper form, breathing techniques, while creating a strong mind and body with each session. All you need is a mat or towel to participant, all levels are welcome!

Round up some friends and colleagues and come on down to Stephan Juba Park and play some, bocce ball, Spike ball, croquet and more. Break up you day with unstructured games and some friendly competition. Everyone is welcome!
