Light artist Craig Winslow and Ghost Sign researcher Matt Cohen are unveiling a second, permanent Light Capsule Installation in the Exchange District. The project uses a series of projectors to highlight two layers of painted ads on the west side of 165 McDermot Avenue. One for household goods retailer Porter and Company and the other for Galpern Candy Manufacturers’ Milady Chocolates brand. The projection runs nightly from sunset to midnight, and is expected to be a fixture in the Exchange District until 2030.
