June 23rd’s Lounge has a pop-up bar with local alcoholic and no-alcoholic beverages for sales, featuring a limited edition Summer Dandy Designer Series Dandelion and Burdoch Beer from Nonsuch x Artspace. The alley also features a flora inspired lounge design and art installation by Evan Taylor and Matt Hagen. Terroir is an abstracted urban greenhouse-space that highlights the gritty textures of the drayway, allowing the cracks and crevasses to be overtaken by rogue flora. Evan and Matt are architects who have been collaborating for over ten years.
Alleyways Lounge is part of Alleyways in the Exchange, a monthly summer event that explores different alleys in the Exchange District though audio performances, a makers’ market and art lounge.
