Join us on a safe and easy cycling route from a neighbourhood near you, into the Exchange for the hottest arts & culture event of the month – First Fridays in the Exchange!

We have waypoints along the route for you to join the bike ride if you live closer to the Exchange. Once we arrive in The Exchange District you’re free to roam around and see all that First Fridays have to offer!

Before the Ride
If you’re coming to one of our group rides, you need to know some safety information before you ride. Sometimes it’s a little hard to hear on-site, so please watch beforehand. If you’ve never been on a group ride, this will give you a good idea of what they’re like.
