From Talk to Table: Natural History

Join us for a Sunday afternoon highlights tour of our new exhibition, Legacies of Confederation: A New Look at Manitoba History, with Curator of Zoology, Dr. Randy Mooi. The tour will be followed by a discussion and delicious food (*faspa) at Peg Beer Co.

Dr. Randy Mooi will explore how the relationship between humans and nature had practical and political implications for Confederation. Discover some of the impacts of humans on Manitoba natural history including animal extinctions and subsequent conservation efforts.

Member Pricing $25

*Faspa is a low-German, Mennonite term for a late afternoon lunch complete with cold roasted chicken and ham, pickles, preserves, and homemade rolls. Vegetarian option available. Cost includes faspa, does not include drinks.
