Noodle Pulling Workshop

Chef XiaoFei graduated from the Professional Baking and Patisserie Program in 2013 and is now the owner of the Dancing Noodle on Pembina. He is the only chef in Winnipeg who offers traditional hand-pulled noodles.

Now he shares his art with students interested in taking his workshops at RRC’s Paterson GlobalFoods Institute. He’ll show participants how to prepare and handle the dough and pull noodles. The day includes all supplies, The Dancing Noodle’s hand-pulled noodle soup and appetizers, a Red River College Apron, and your own fresh hand-pulled noodles.
